FYP - Episode 1 with Roy Baring

Roy is Medium size PRO in San Antonio. We talk often each week for the last year and a half as he considers adding Sanitrax to him inventory. He called me on Tuesday to ask some questions about the Job Descriptions process he is finalizing for a new Operations Manager position, along with many others

I decided to dive into the arena of live video podcasts and asked him to get on my first ever recorded Zoom as a Host to launch my Follow Your Process podcast. He agreed

We also covered the Sanitrax Construction module that is coming and how it is being well received by at least a dozen PROs across the United States who are discovering the gift they can give back to their high rise construction customers - elevator time and cycle time reduction.

He told the story of having me at the Wasserman Valero Texas Open golf tournament meeting when he was trying to win the contract. Sanitrax and my experience with golf tournaments helpe to seal the deal with their immendate interest in upgrading to freshwater flushing vacuum bathroom solutions from Sanitrax.

Roy suggested the PRO Club where two competitors in the same market can buy their first order of 20 - 50 Construction modules so that when one PRI runs out before they can subrent to fill the order and then buy more.
